The Innovation Center at King Saud University is a key element within the University's innovation system, which seeks to harness knowledge to serve the development and national economy and to participate in achieving the Kingdom's strategic objectives in areas such as energy, desalination, water security, pollution, electricity, desertification, telecommunications, information technology, nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical and new substances. This will lead to an effective and sustainable partnership between the University and the public and private sectors, which will contribute to the development of industries and help support the creation of new industries based on the generation of ideas and creativity.

The Innovation Center is a pioneering step in its plan to raise the culture of knowledge and innovation in the community to be a source of scientific and economic wealth for the country in order to promote and develop expertise and bring out promising innovations.
